Please ensure you read these terms & conditions in full before asking me to carry out any work for you/your company.

It will be assumed that you have read, understood and agreed to these prior to entering into a contract for work. If you have any queries regarding these terms, please get in touch.

  1. A written or verbal instruction must be received before work commences, this will constitute a contract. No responsibility can be taken for any misunderstandings or errors resulting from a verbal brief. An email or written purchase order stating your requirements, the price agreed and deadline is the best way to avoid any errors or confusion.
  2. Prices quoted include two revisions of my initial submission. Any change to the brief may result in additional charges.
  3. Ocean Copy agree to provide the services requested, for the price quoted (subject to client brief changes) and to the deadline required.
  4. A 50% deposit is required. Invoices for the balance are due for payment within 30 days of receipt. No VAT is chargeable.
  5. Ocean Copy will not be responsible for any poor performance or losses in relation to the work provided by us.
  6. When approving the final copy, the client agrees to indemnify Ocean Copy against any legal proceedings which arise as a result of the work or content provided by us.
  7. Please don’t commission any work if you/your company is about to go into administration or in severe financial difficulties.
