How much information do you need to start work on my project?
This depends on the individual project; we have worked with some clients who have provided us with very little and others who have given us more than enough information.

I can write myself, so why do I need a copywriter?
Our copywriters have years of SEO experience and have written online copy for companies such as Hilton Hotels and Barclays.

What if I don’t like what you write for me?
Our copywriting prices include two sets of revisions, which in 99.9% of cases is more than enough to get your copy just as you want it.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
For new clients we ask for a 25% deposit before we start on your copywriting project. If we’ve worked for you before, no deposit is required.
Do I need to meet you face-to-face?
No, it’s not necessary to have a face-to-face meeting with us, but we would welcome the opportunity if you would like to.
We’ve worked with a number of clients across the UK that we’ve never met in “real life” and it’s never been a problem for them or us.
Are you able to look over copy that I’ve written myself?
Yes, that’s not a problem. Just contact us and we will give you a quote based on the amount of work involved.
I’ve already spent a fortune on my website, why should I invest in copywriting?
A website on its own will not actively sell your products or services. People need to find it in the search engine results and the words on your site need to really sell to them. It’s like buying an expensive new car and not putting the right fuel in it.
